BeatGarden Studios It is a recording, production, mixing, and mastering complex located in Barcelona and run by Pau Romero, a guitarist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. The project began as a personal studio and, in 2018, evolved into the current facility.
Its various studios allow for everything from individual sessions to full-band recordings, combining an extensive collection of analog instruments and processors with digital tools.
Studio furniture installed
- Two Desk V3 Acoustic 26RU in black finish, installed on either side of the SSL AWS 900 console.
- Angled Rack V3 Acoustic 56RU with top shelf.
- Angled Rack V3 Acoustic 14RU with top shelf set up in a second room.
- Total capacity of 122 rack units.
Studio integration
In the main control room, the two V3 Acoustic 26RU desks were custom-built to be placed on either side of the SSL AWS 900 console. Each module adds one rack bay and extends the workspace without altering the console’s central position.
The Angled Rack V3 Acoustic 56RU features four bays dedicated to the external processing chain. Its top shelf provides a continuous surface for non-rack-mount equipment and keeps the unit separate from the main workstation.
A second room features a single-bay Angled Rack V3 Acoustic 14RU with a top shelf, providing a compact solution for his own recording and production equipment.
Recording, Mixing, and Music Production
Studio A combines the SSL AWS 900 with ATC monitors and a wide selection of microphones and processors from manufacturers such as Tube-Tech, Teletronix, Prism Sound, and Universal Audio. The different rooms can be used independently or connected for recordings that require greater separation between instruments.
