PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER MANUFACTURING
All products marketed by Curuxa Customs are manufactured on demand. This means that production is not initiated until the customer’s confirmation and payment are received. For this reason:
- There is no available stock for immediate delivery.
- The manufacturing and shipping deadline is communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation, and may vary depending on the type of product and material availability.
- Each unit is unique and is made according to the type of product, so its availability may be subject to variations depending on material conditions.
ORDER PROCESS
- The customer makes the order through the website or by direct contact.
- Curuxa Customs confirms the price and communicates the estimated manufacturing deadline.
- The customer makes the payment according to the agreed method.
- Manufacturing begins, the order is processed and shipped.
- The customer receives notification with the shipment tracking number.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The prices of the products on the website include VAT (21%) and are expressed in euros. Curuxa Customs reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, but the price confirmed at the time of order confirmation will be maintained.
The customer accepts that the prices indicated at the time of purchase are valid.
SHIPPING
Curuxa Customs products are manufactured to large dimensions and require packaging. They are made and shipped through transport agencies specialized in oversized goods.
- Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the order, and will be informed to the customer at the time of confirmation.
- Delivery will be made directly to the customer at the time of receipt.
- Curuxa Customs is not responsible for delays caused by the transport agency once the goods have been delivered to the carrier.
ORDER RECEPTION — IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Upon receiving the shipment and before signing the delivery note, it is essential that the customer follow the following instructions for receipt:
- Inspect the packaging before the carrier’s departure. If any external damage is observed in the packaging, this must appear in writing on the carrier’s delivery note, with the legend «RECEIVED WITH RESERVATIONS» and a description of the damage.
- Do not reject the order, except in case of obvious and severe damage, since the product comes manufactured under the customer’s specifications.
- Photographs of the packaging must be taken before, during and after unpacking, in order to document any possible incident.
- Keep all the original packaging until you have inspected the product on the inside.
The signing of the delivery note without reservations implies the acceptance of the product in apparent good external condition.
CLAIMS FOR TRANSPORT DAMAGES
In case of perceiving damages during transport:
- The customer must notify Curuxa Customs within 24 hours maximum, sending an email to info@curuxacustoms.com with photographs of the damage and the products affected.
- Curuxa Customs will manage the claim with the corresponding transport agency.
- A study of the situation will be carried out, the procedures with the transport agency will be processed, and the customer will be informed of the time and form of resolution.
- The deadline for receipt of components or other manufacturing components cannot be extended.
Important: Claims for transport damages presented after the 24-hour deadline or without proper photographic documentation cannot be attended to.
RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 for the defense of consumers and users, the customer has a period of 14 business days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, given the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, the following particularities apply:
- Custom-made items (specific dimensions, finishes, etc.) are not subject to withdrawal unless they have manufacturing defects or do not correspond to the agreed specifications.
- In case of withdrawal accepted, the product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale, and in perfect condition.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Curuxa Customs does not accept returns of products that have been used, intentionally damaged, or that come without their original packaging or in poor condition for transport or resale.
WARRANTY
The products of Curuxa Customs have the legal warranty established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 3 years from delivery to the consumer. In case of defect, Curuxa Customs will proceed to the repair or replacement of the product at no cost to the customer.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, blows, humidity or other external conditions not attributable to manufacturing.
APPLICABLE LAW
The Terms of Sale shall be governed by current Spanish legislation. For any controversy, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s domicile.
