This means that production is not initiated until the customer&#8217;s confirmation and payment are received. For this reason:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is no available stock for immediate delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The manufacturing and shipping deadline is communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation, and may vary depending on the type of product and material availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each unit is unique and is made according to the type of product, so its availability may be subject to variations depending on material conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ORDER PROCESS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer makes the order through the website or by direct contact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curuxa Customs confirms the price and communicates the estimated manufacturing deadline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer makes the payment according to the agreed method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manufacturing begins, the order is processed and shipped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer receives notification with the shipment tracking number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PRICES AND PAYMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The prices of the products on the website include VAT (21%) and are expressed in euros. Curuxa Customs reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, but the price confirmed at the time of order confirmation will be maintained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer accepts that the prices indicated at the time of purchase are valid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SHIPPING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Curuxa Customs products are manufactured to large dimensions and require packaging. They are made and shipped through transport agencies specialized in oversized goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the order, and will be informed to the customer at the time of confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery will be made directly to the customer at the time of receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curuxa Customs is not responsible for delays caused by the transport agency once the goods have been delivered to the carrier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ORDER RECEPTION \u2014 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon receiving the shipment and before signing the delivery note, it is essential that the customer follow the following instructions for receipt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inspect the packaging<\/strong> before the carrier&#8217;s departure. If any external damage is observed in the packaging, this must appear in writing on the carrier&#8217;s delivery note, with the legend \u00abRECEIVED WITH RESERVATIONS\u00bb and a description of the damage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Do not reject the order<\/strong>, except in case of obvious and severe damage, since the product comes manufactured under the customer&#8217;s specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Photographs of the packaging<\/strong> must be taken before, during and after unpacking, in order to document any possible incident.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Keep all the original packaging<\/strong> until you have inspected the product on the inside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The signing of the delivery note without reservations implies the acceptance of the product in apparent good external condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CLAIMS FOR TRANSPORT DAMAGES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of perceiving damages during transport:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer must notify Curuxa Customs within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> maximum, sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:info@curuxacustoms.com\">info@curuxacustoms.com<\/a> with photographs of the damage and the products affected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curuxa Customs will manage the claim with the corresponding transport agency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A study of the situation will be carried out, the procedures with the transport agency will be processed, and the customer will be informed of the time and form of resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The deadline for receipt of components or other manufacturing components cannot be extended.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> Claims for transport damages presented after the 24-hour deadline or without proper photographic documentation cannot be attended to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with <strong>Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007<\/strong> for the defense of consumers and users, the customer has a period of <strong>14 business days<\/strong> from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, given the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, the following particularities apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Custom-made items (specific dimensions, finishes, etc.) are not subject to withdrawal unless they have manufacturing defects or do not correspond to the agreed specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of withdrawal accepted, the product must be returned in its <strong>original packaging<\/strong>, in perfect condition for resale, and in perfect condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curuxa Customs does not accept returns of products that have been used, intentionally damaged, or that come without their original packaging or in poor condition for transport or resale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WARRANTY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The products of Curuxa Customs have the legal warranty established in <strong>Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007<\/strong> of 3 years from delivery to the consumer. In case of defect, Curuxa Customs will proceed to the repair or replacement of the product at no cost to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, blows, humidity or other external conditions not attributable to manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>APPLICABLE LAW<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Terms of Sale shall be governed by current Spanish legislation.
